Stretch class is the perfect way to take the time to stop and actually focus on your body. So often we don’t make the time to stretch our bodies before or after our activities. Even just spending a day sitting at a desk requires movement and stretching to prevent the development of niggles and injuries.
Stretch classes are available in person on Tuesday mornings 9.45-10.45am and online on Thursday evenings 8-9pm
